5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Your Rights Under the ACL
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• a replacement or refund for a major failure, and

• to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
Change-of-Mind Returns

• We may offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within our stated timeframe.

• Change-of-mind returns are not available for customised, modified, or specially ordered products unless required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue.

• If confirmed to be faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the ACL.

7. Custom Builds & Engineering Work
For custom motorcycle builds, CNC-machined parts, or engineering services:

• Lead times, design variations, and performance outcomes may vary.

• Custom-built or modified items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

• Warranty and ACL consumer guarantees still apply to workmanship or materials.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Australian Adventure and Rally and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.
